I just finished Sherlock Holmes, I absolutely loved it, and I'm looking for a similar book like it. I know about Hercule Poirot already, so any other suggestions?

Man the Father Brown mysteries by G.K. Chesterton are incredible for this vibe. The priest-detective thing sounds weird at first but Father Brown is super clever and solves cases in this really unique way – he understands the criminal mind because he understands human nature so well. The stories are shorter than Holmes but they have that same “how did he figure that out” feeling

Also if you want something more modern, try The Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman. Its about these old people in retirement home solving cold cases and the logic puzzles are really satisfying. The characters remind me a lot of Holmes and Watson dynamic but with four elderly people instead. Started reading it last month and couldn’t put down
