What to read after a year of Sanderson?

I’ve been reading through Brandon Sanderson’s cosmere, Mistborn Eras 1&2, Warbreaker, and now I’m finishing up the Stormlight Archives.

I’m looking to take a break before continuing with more of his work. I’m interested in a standalone fantasy; I can’t remember the last time I read a fantasy that wasn’t a series.

I also enjoy books with a dystopian theme i.e Hunger Games/Brave New World or historical fiction like Ken Follett
