Hi all! New to the sub here and am looking for some feedback for my wife and I. We both really enjoy the sci-fi genre, however are so busy with children and everyday life…. Now we are headed to a resort for 12 days and are looking for something similar to what we've read in the past. Mind you we haven't read any books for some time.
What we've read or seen on TV:
– Harry Potter series (read all)
– The Expanse (watched and loved) – I've heard the books are excellent
– The King Killer Chronicles (read Books 1 and 2 and REALLY itching for the 3rd)
– 3 Body Problem (watched) – How are the books?
– Dune (read)
– Enders Game (read)
– Malazan (read books 1 and 2, however they were quite heavy)
Any other suggestions? Your help is much appreciated!
