Book where a character goes back in time or uses future knowledge to save someone

Basically I’m looking for a book or manga rec that involves someone who uses “time”, such as going into the past, using future knowledge, rewinding time, etc., to prevent some type of tragedy.

Examples that I’ve read and loved:
