Top 10 audible recommendations?
I want to cancel my subscription as I’m trying to save money since having a baby – but have 7 credits to spend. I’ve already paused once so cannot pause again!
Genres I like:
\- Dystopian futures (the second sleep, blue ticket, the handmaids tale, I found 1984 a bit slow)
\- Crime/thriller (Jo nesbo, Lee child etc)
\- family/drama (e.g Jodi Picoult, The Herd)
\- the occasional easy reader such as Colleen Hoover, but need something deeper to sandwich it!
\- historical fiction based on true events (pompeii, labyrinth)
\- Magical realism – Piranesi, the magic cottage, invisible life of addie larue
Also enjoyed – Before & After, Memoirs of a geisha, pizza girl – really trying to expand my genres!
\+ bonus round, I am travelling to Vietnam soon so an interesting fiction set there would also be interesting.
I would appreciate any and all recommendations to spend my 7 credits on!
