Suggest me a book to get me out of my reading slump

hiiii! so i recently hit a reading slump and i need something to get me out.

i love thrillers, techno-thrillers, litfic or litfic thrillers, horror (without ghosts and haunted houses), or general fiction/speculative fiction.

recently i read most of john marrs’ books (i said i wasnt a fan of him in the past, gave him another chance and i loveeee!!) i also read red rising, nick cutter’s books, rf kuang, ursula le guin, octavia e butler, SA cosby, VE schwab, and more lmao just to give you an idea.

i just need something to pull me in immediately, im ok with fast-paced or mid-paced books, nothing too slow (for now.)

not a huge fan of romantasy/romance anymore, and not a huge fan of freida mcfadden. other than that, im pretty open- even for some non-fiction.
