Adult Fantasy Books for Adults not Written by Christians/Evangelists or Anti-Semites without Heavy Romance Focus

I'm looking for adult fantasy with a strong emotional protagonist. I want adventure-driven plots where romance is only a subplot, if present at all.

I'd like to avoid books where romance is a plot device. I also prefer not to support authors with strong Christian evangelical affiliations or those with anti-semitic views or associations.
