Backstory.
I'm a female in a male dominated industry. A year ago I was poached by a a competing transportation industry. I've done well for myself and haven't had management touch on this issue but I have a hard time wanting to be "liked" by everyone. I have a hard to holding true to expectations in fear that people will call me bitchy. I want a book that helps with this.
I am a strong, smart and competent woman. I was poached for a reason. In order to move forward I need to be able to hold people accountable regardless of how they feel about me.
