The longer, juicier, and messier the better. I love a 400+ page book I can really dive into. Love a super rich plot and really dynamic characters. I don’t love sci-fi/fantasy and am also not a huge historical fiction person.

If you’re a fan of Liz Moore, I would also suggest her book, Long Bright River. A few others: The Rachel Incident, The Great Believers, anything by Elizabeth Strout, and the Neapolitan novels by Elena Ferrante
