A book similar to “The seven husbands of Evelyn Hugo” and preferably if it has to do with Italy in some way

Ok so valentines is coming up and I wanna get my girlfriend a gift. I'm thinking of making a book or two parts of this gifts (she absolutely loves to read). Her favorite book is "The seven husbands of Evelyn Hugo" and I know she likes it when a book has plot twists in it (For example she read "The Housemaid" and really liked it). So I need something similar to it if possible.

Also for the Italy thing, her absolute favorite country is Italy, she went there last summer and loved it. And so I decided to make the gift's theme as Italy (A book nook of romantic venice, a vinyl of "L'italiano" which she likes and she collects, and I wanna add a book or 2 to it) hence the italy thing, but ultimately it's not a hard rule
