Hello! I’m a fiction reader – I’ve spent most of my life reading Sci-Fi/Fantasy, and have recently moved to Literary Fiction. I want to give Non-Fiction a go, any suggestions?
I've tried self-help and autobiographies before, not my jam.
You might want to check out The Awareness Paradox by voss lumen a recently released philosophical series on ebooks that explores how awareness destabilizes identity and meaning.

Try reading some history.
Two off the top of my head: “Lost to the West” by Lars Brownworth and “Over the Edge of the World” by Laurence Bergreen. These deal with many themes that will be familiar to you as an SF reader: civilizational collapse and empires, and exploration into the unknown.
