Hi, so I'm looking for a specific kind of vibe. Like thriller/mystery/action etc. I really like Dan Brown's books for example, conspiracy esoteric stuff.
By scientists I mean maybe those working in a lab, or at a research institute, or university. Physicists, mathematicians, engineers, academics etc. Maybe they discover something in their research or innovate a technology, but now bad actors want it, or it accidentally uncovers a government mystery or whatever along those lines.
Not sci-fi stuff, so it is grounded in reality. I am okay with romance. It's ok if the plot isn't exactly what I described but has a similar vibe.
