Whether that's with poverty, race, disability, facing genocide, the country you are born in or whatever.
I want something that will take me a bit out of my comfort zone and give me a completely different perspective on life and the struggles other people may face.
For reference I am a straight white man, have been middle class my entire life in a first world country. I want to read about other peoples lived experiences.
Doesn't have to be modern either, could be a story from the 1800's, anything that just gives me a completely different perspective on lived experiences.
