Hi! I posted in the Ken Follett sub but I don't think anyone will get back to me.
I'm looking for a book that fills the same void Never does ! I love the whole novel, but for anyone who's read it, I'm really into Abdul and Kiah's whole story. I mostly want something that scratches that desert, real humans, high-stakes, love-built-through-survival story itch. I love large world conflicts, but stories that zoom in on the characters at hand will have my heart and soul. Other books I really love include the City of Ember series, the Hunger Games (duh), and a couple other books that I read and can't remember.
That doesn't give you a lot, but if you know any books that look or feel similar I will love you forever !!
(potentially post-apocalyptic, maybe set in our society, maybe where a war is going on but our characters are battling their own war and that is more important)
