I want book recommendations where ideally but not necessarily, the core of the book is the characters and the rage they hold, basically an exploration of the human condition but specifically of the feeling of rage.
Examples: a visceral rage against racism/colourism, rage against capitalism, the patriarchy, misanthropic rage, rage against one's family, rage against society, rage against fate, a rageful self loathing, a jealous rage, rage over betrayal or abandonment, you get the idea. Basically an exploration of anger and indignation in every form. It doesn't have to be social commentary necessarily, it can be, say, portrayed as an allegory in a horror novel. While I think the source can be interesting, I am more keen on reading about the emotion itself.
