I read bedtime stories to my younger kids.. age ranges 2 to 7 years and just read My Father's Dragon over the course of 3 nights. all 4 of them sat still and listened.. and kept begging for more chapters.
What other recommendations do you have for early chapter books that wide range of ages would all like?
We also have the Mercy Watson series, which is very cute
