    m34. I sleep late at around 2-3 am, wake up at 9 am, rush to work, barely excited for work, no workout, no reading, no gardening, no friends meet, no motivation for improvement. just scrolling phone all the time. I want to change it all for good now. please help me get motivated for a better lifestyle.
