So fo you guys know any really good YA-books that have one of these following themes?
– the mc lost their memory at the start of the book, but slowly gaining it back and realising a bigger secret etc.
– lovers to enemies? Dystopian-ish

oh man the memory loss trope is my weakness, have you read The Maze Runner? Thomas wakes up with zero memory and the whole thing just spirals from there in the best way. Also Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi hits that dystopian lovers to enemies vibe pretty hard – Juliette’s got this whole complicated thing with Warner that gets messy real quick
For something a bit different, The Rithmatist by Brandon Sanderson has this really cool magic system with chalk drawings that come to life, and while it’s not exactly what you asked for the plot twists are chef’s kiss. Also if you’re into the whole “everything i thought i knew was wrong” thing, Red Queen does that betrayal arc really well even though it’s more enemies to lovers than the reverse
