- Clean or low spice (one spicy scene might be fine)
- No cheating or abuse (past or present)
- Can venture into one or both MCs being in their early 60s
- Used contemporary flair but needs romance/falling in love
I realize a lengthy list may not exist but I'm trying to get a friend into reading romance and she wants books with characters her age but isn't a big fantasy or sci-fi fan.
The only book I've read with these parameters is "Royal Holiday" by Jasmine Guillory and I'm going to read "The Man I Met on Holiday" by Fiona Gibson and "Tilda is Visible" by Jane Tara to see if those are good suggestions too.
