I read girl in pieces not long ago and it hit me very personally, I loved it. I need books that are equally as depressing and descriptive as this book, something will trigger me and make me need to step back for a moment.
The last book that caused me to need to take breaks while reading it because of how triggering the subject matter is to read about was Nobody’s Girl by Virginia Roberts Giuffre. (Not sure if you were only looking for fiction or if non-fiction is also of interest, because this book is the latter.)
