I’ve recently been reading again in my spare time (for reference, I’m 28 and it’s been a long time since I’ve read a book cover to cover just for fun). I remember loving the Summoning when I was a teen, but as I re-read it over the past few days, it was clearly a YA series. Any recommendations for romantic/horror/paranormal books?

have you tried the kate daniels series by ilona andrews? it’s got that urban fantasy vibe with romance and plenty of supernatural action, but definitely more mature than ya stuff. the first book is magic bites and the worldbuilding gets really intense as it goes on.
