    Hello, I'm trying to learn more about the body and and why we work out and do yoga, I know its good for strength, agility and fitness but I'd like to learn deeper. Id also like any recommendations on basic anatomy if you have any. My goals are to optimize fitness and I'm also very interested in how working out affects our body beyond its good for you, like I can understand why an old man whos been a couch potato for 80 years cant move much without pain vs an 80 year old whos been doing yoga would probably feel a lot less pain and could still be running and that, because fitness+health=Feeling good but I'm interested in why that is.
