I’m looking for a book that parallels todays world, which is filled with utter chaos, spiraling out of control as each day passes. Threat of a world war, political turmoil, global elites covering up their crimes and fortifying their positions of power, technology growing faster than humans can adapt, people burning down parliaments, protests, murders of innocent citizens, etc. Even on a micro level average people losing their minds.
I’ve read 1984, brave new, farenheit 451, hunger games.
Any suggestions?

Plateau Station by Mike Asher covers a lot of what you list. It’s a new scifi and I thoroughly enjoyed it 👍
I think u should try reading the Duna series. How about that?
