I read and LOVED If We Were Villains. Everyone said that The Secret History was a lot like it, but I read it and didn't really like it. I also read one of M L Rio's other books (The Graveyard Shift) and although it was good, I didn't like it quite as much as IWWV.
I think what I loved about If We Were Villains is the dark academia setting, Shakespeare references, and queer romance. If you know any good books with that kind of vibe, can you let me know?
