What is the best book to help men understand the mental load?

I am looking for a book for my husband to help him understand the mental load, especially the cognitive and invisible aspects of it. He has a basic understanding but still doesn’t understand how exhausting and overwhelming it is to carry. Not Fair Play please. We’ve watched the movie and it didn’t really help. Thank you!
