I’m thinking roles like shaman or medicine men/women, seers, witches etc. People who supported their community by dealing with and around matters perceived as supernatural. What i want to know focuses on who we selected for these roles? What predominant religion did they appear alongside and what was the relationship between them like? What practices did they follow?
