I’m currently going through issues related to anxiety and feeling nervous when I speak up for myself especially when it comes to my in-laws. I also get anxiety and get nervous when I have issues with them because I’m constantly seeking their approval and trying to be in their good side.
I want to be at the point where I don’t care and feel confident over myself. I don’t want to allow them to hurt me.
I want to improve myself so please suggest me any self help books.
