I want a book, or show, or manga, or anything really, that is both Hard Sci Fi and High Fantasy.
I want both the aesthetics of sci-fi technology and fantastical wizards and dragons and stuff.
I want relitavistic spaceships whose lasers are effected by blueshift fighting dragons with both innate and wizard spellcasting around a black hole. Cybernetically-enhanced dragons, mages who specialize in subtle manipulations to electronic devices to control them. Dyson Spheres (the swarms, not the stupid tech bro shell thing) around stars powered by Gold Dragons. Stuff like that.
Phyrexians from MtG are close and I really like them, and the psionic magic combined with bio-engineered technology Illithids, though neither of those are hard. Rain World I also really, really like and also has both semi-hard sci-fi and spiritual elements, but the spiritual is very specific and not really magic, though the bandana scavs from The Watcher are close.
