To be fair I'm not really well read, but the romance books which I have read usually happen to be written from the pov of almost the same type of females. Shy, self-conscious, always self-doubting themself, hardly ever taking any initiative, not able to speak up. And while I understand there type of heroines are relatable, just for a change I want to try a book written from the pov of more confident girls. Girls that could be a bit more impulsive, maybe a bit edgy or even crazy at times, that don't hate themselves and are able to stick up for themselves! These type of girls usually happen to be the heroine's best friends, so I kinda want to get into their head
