Loved Twice, can't stop thinking about it. It's very strange because I normally don't consume these kinds of books, I picked it up as an impulse buy. I think the thing I really liked about it was that it was more than just a simple romance novel–it was also a very spiritual and introspective novel. What would do if you could undo your mistakes? Could you still learn from them? To simplify things for those who haven't read it, I'm looking for something that fulfills at least one of these criteria:
- Heterosexual romance from the male character's perspective–having not read a lot of romance novels, I'm wondering if there are more of them that are focused on the man's perspective–preferably ones where the man isn't stereotyped as being sex-obsessed.
- No gratuitous sex/fanservice–I'm ok with a sex scene, just when it serves the plot rather than just being there to arouse the reader or hook them in.
- Deeper meaning behind the plot–The plot would be about one thing, but under the surface be about something deeper than just the protagonist's goals.
