I'm in the mood to read something World War Two-y. Specifically for the account (diary, memoir, etc) from an individual soldier, sailor or airman: maybe someone who fought in Guadalcanal or in Stalingrad. Or maybe in a submarine? I really want a personal account of the war to help me imagine myself there. Thanks in advance!
