Could be romance, horror, adventure, drama, or whatever you want, but something that cause you to be so immersed are set adrift at the mercy of the narrative and the characters' "woes".; Something, even just a scene in there that you would undeniably qualify as "intense".
And of course, make sure to explain why, and add the author not just the title.
