SORRY FOR THE LENGTHY INTRO 😬
new recreational/hobby reader 😁.
What started as a prank on a coworker to trick him into thinking i was also a reader, flipped into his book catching my interest and now i joined the unofficial book club at work. The book was 1984 and i got through it in audio.
To participate with the club (5 coworkers), i jumped in with their current book, "Remain" by Nicholas Sparks and M. Night Shyamalan. To say I enjoyed physically reading the book is an understatement as i finished it in 4 days.
Our next book is decided at the end of the month, so to keep my momentum, i picked up "The Little Liar" by Mitch Albom, which j started today.
My suggestion request: No series, no self-help, 400ish pages. (already completed: 1984, Remain, Project Hail Mary)
