Oh man you got some solid picks there, specially Red Rising and First Law – those hit different after WOT. I’d say go with First Law first because Abercrombie writes characters that are complete opposite from Jordan’s style, it’s refreshing change of pace. The dialogue is sharp and the whole “grimdark but funny” thing works really well
From your list I’d also push hard for Gentlemen Bastards, it’s like fantasy Ocean’s Eleven and Lynch has this way of making you care about thieves doing terrible things. Just heads up though, book 3 gets weird but first two are fantastic
If you want something not in your list, maybe check out The Poppy War by R.F. Kuang – it starts like Harry Potter then becomes Band of Brothers real quick. Fair warning though, it gets pretty brutal in second half so maybe save it for when you want something heavy
