Hi there! I've been reading a lot more over the past two years, and I've been reflecting on the books I read when I was younger. I loved to go to the library and pick up books on financial literacy or keeping a tidy home, which was funny given my age at the time. However, I am graduating high school this semester, and I figure it's as good a time as any to continue reading books with direct applications. I also really do enjoy these kinds of books. I've never really had a favorite style or genre, so I'm open to any kinds of suggestions, but I'd especially prefer books with topics that might be helpful in young adulthood.

That being said, I'm not really interested in straight-up self-help books. To me, a lot of them (like The Let Them Theory or 12 Rules for Life, for example) just seem like watered-down and generalized philosophy without any meaningful knowledge to distill.

Hopefully this request makes sense. I don't know how many books exist that fit this criteria, but I promise I really will read about anything! Thanks!
