My friend is currently in the psych ward and I am struggling to find books that would be allowed into the hospital. She likes young adult realistic fiction. I’m trying to avoid self help books and such. I think some non-fiction books would be good too. Every post I’ve looked at so far has been fantasy suggestions, which I don’t think is up her alley. Any help would be great, even if it’s guidelines to follow or your experience. Thanks!
