I'm looking for a historical romance (more Regency or Victorian, but open to other eras, not really interested in modern era) where there is a class difference between the leads (a la Tom/Sybil from Downton Abbey). Preferably more lighthearted/happy ending, although I'm fine with some angst in the middle. I've just been more anxious since having my kids and really like a bit more of a lighthearted escape with my reads right now (so ideally no super sad situations with children). I recently read and enjoyed A Lady's Guide to Mischief and Mayhem. I've also been ready the Wallflowers series by Lisa Kleypas and like them ok. Thanks!

The Bridgerton book on Benedict is about class difference, following a Cinderella storyline, An Offer From a Gentleman.
Bringing Down the Duke by Evie Dunmore.
