Started reading about Jonestown for a random conversation and now I'm completely hooked. How do people get sucked in? The psychology of leaders, the group dynamics, the slow escalation from "community" to catastrophe, I can't get enough.
Give me your best books about cults, charismatic leaders, or group psychology. Nonfiction preferred but I'll take fiction based on real cults too.
