i have an itch that needs scratched. im looking for romance books, preferably one male one female but not limited to that.
anything like enemies to lovers or brothers best friend and stuff like that is amazing.
the itch tho, is that the fmc comes from an abusive home or something, and is struggling with mental health like she has a severe ed or sh or is suicidal.
im an amateur in the book world. help me out!!

I would suggest also posting in r/romancebooks – the readers there are incredible at finding lists of books with super specific parameters.
