I’m doing a reading challenge and one of the prompts is to read a book where food is a source of power. I have a long TBR, but am coming up with crickets for this one.
I normally read thrillers, horror, and literary fiction, and have been getting more into fantasy. Some books I’ve enjoyed are Gone Girl, Bunny, I Do Not Come to You By Chance, Bad Kids, The Hate U Give, Sharp Objects, No Longer Human, and Evelyn Hugo to give an idea of my taste.
Any ideas?

Does The Slob count? 😛 Haha. Alternatively I think any book about vampires or zombies should count!

If you mean power in the magical sense both the Edgedancer novella and the Mistborn trilogy by Sanderson both involve food being the source of someone’s magical power
