I want to fix my mental health by reading more educational books about topics that will help me in my day to day life but I'm having trouble finding books that aren't just a guy telling his story (like Moonwalking with Einstein) and instead actually helpful.
Obviously some self help books might be good but the majority of them are trash so if you know any useful books that would be amazing
Ps. If you have any books you really like about a specific topic I'd love for you to share it even if it has nothing to do with bettering yourself. I have ADHD so ill probably get sucked into a random educational book (currently reading thinking fast and slow)
