I read The Body Keeps The Score last year and loved it. I loved the research, the stories and overall the application of the read to real life. I've since tried to read similar-ish books like Man's Search for Meaning, All About Love, The Book You Wished Your Parents Had Read. I don't want a full self-help read but I love the application of the psychology or learnings still if that makes sense? Basically nothing that can be summed up by 5 bullet points. Something that can change your perspective? I may read Rogers on Becoming A Person but feels a bit heavy. Thanks!

Try books by Dr. Joe Dispenza. Start with Becoming Supernatural
In The Realm of Hungry Ghosts by Gabor Mate
What Happened to You by Bruce Perry and Oprah Winfrey
And maybe (check a synopsis first)
Chasing the Scream by Johann Hari
I also read The Body Keeps the Score last year and loved it. I recently bought Something in the Woods Loves You. I haven’t read it yet but one of the reasons I bought it was because it reminded me of TBKTS (the other was because I liked the cover art).
