Im searching for my first romance book and here is my oddly specific list of requirements:
-the guy is a "good psychopath". like rather being a psychopath he has antisocial disorder (the real one not the "lonely" one). or not sure hows the condition called where one doesnt have emotions
everyone missunderstands him,and at first the girl too but she starts to like him more and more as time goes on.
what i dont want is the guy chasing the girl. some pursuing after sometime is okay but i dont want to deal with a no emotion guy who magically gets emotionsfrom 0-100. rather it should be linear.
what i want is respectful and low tension romance with not much of a love triangle. if thats not possible its okay i guess but i HATE love triangles.

ah you should definitely check out “The Kiss Quotient” by Helen Hoang – the male MC has autism which gives him that emotionally different vibe you’re looking for, and the female MC is the one who pursues him first. it’s respectful romance without the insta-love transformation
also maybe look in “The Hating Game” – guy seems cold/emotionless at beginning but it’s more gradual development. not exactly what you described but has similar energy
i haven’t read many books with actual antisocial personality disorder as romantic lead though, most authors seem scared to write that properly
