I don’t even know if it’s possible to understand what I’m talking about. I’m looking for something mysterious, cozy but not violent or gore. Something about cursed objects or weird happenings. It can be a book with different stories or not. Something that you would read in a very cold, dark Halloween day. Thank so much! I’m sorry for not being able to explain it right

T Kingfisher. I’ve only read her Sworn Soldier series, but from what I understand, most of her work strikes a similar balance between horror and lightheartedness.
I feel like Cackle by Rachel Harrison may fit the description nicely.
