A good fantasy book

I love fantasy but it’s difficult to find one with no romance. I love fantasy with dragons, elves, magic, etc. I’ve read the popular and common ones so no LOTR or HP, etc. I have read some Sanderson and the well known authors like Jordan, Pratchett, Lackey, Goodkind. I would love to find another fantasy where the main character doesn’t not have flings or romance. I prefer fantasy titles that aren’t so heavily saturated in ten pages of description but enough that explains the mechanics of the world. I have been on a murder mystery kick but now wishing to return to the fantasy realm. I love high fantasy but also enjoy – if done right – urban fantasy. I’m also fine with sword a sorcery fantasy. Yes, I had to look up online for me to find short terms words to explain my preferences. lol. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
