I've never been one about reading non-fiction, but after letting my mom move in with me so we could both survive the turmoil of the economy the way it's been going, I've come to remember why I moved 3,000 miles away from her to begin with. I've also found that I am falling back into old habits.

Can anyone suggest me a book or books about healing based on boundaries and how to approach setting them with parents?

    Thank you all in advance!

    Can anyone

    1. Children of Emotionally Immature Parents has a good section on emotional boundaries

    2. I feel for you. I’m not sure what your relationship is like with your mom but this book helped me immensely – “Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents”.

It was mind-blowing to see my emotions (that I’ve had since I was a small child) written out on paper, but by someone else! Like I actually wasnt crazy, and the things I felt were REAL, not an overreaction or delusion. Like I said, im not sure if this book applies to your relationship but it was a game changer for me. Wishing you the best <3
