Looking for books with nuns

I have a very specific favourite niche genre that are nuns, especially within horror, sapphic romance or fanatsy. Sister Death is one of my favourite horror movies, for example, and The Nun is pretty good. Warrior Nun is one of the best shows I've ever watched. Soooo I'm trying to find more books (and other media) that have nuns.
In the same vein, I'm open to monasteries/monks too, especially in horror.
