I (16M) haven’t read a book since I was 11? It’s super embarrassing yes however I’ve been trying to get back into reading as I didn’t do really that well for my english national exams (to no one’s surprise). Lately I’ve been on this book (talks about state inequality + wealth inequality) so basically about my state’s issues and I think I’ve been. pretty consistent! (10 pages everyday for the last 2 weeks so I’m already half way through the book) but honestly it’s a topic that disinterests me even though I initially thought I would be enjoying reading such topics. i could literally name you all the books i’ve read:
\-diary of a wimpy kid (i think i made it till the long haul)
\- geronimo stilton
\- percy jackson (i think i made past the second book only)
\- harry potter (didn’t finish the super thick one)
\- august (really loved this one)
\- some assassins creed book (diary of altair probably)
\- a lego ninjago book
honestly go brutal in the comments BUT please do give me a book recommendation! thank uu
p.s i don’t really know what genre i like so just recommend anyth!

honestly dude just pick up the lightning thief again since you already made it past book 2 – those books are literally crack and you’ll fly through them way faster than whatever boring inequality book youre forcing yourself through
