I’m starting to enjoy pop science and nature again and I would appreciate some guidance

I’ve enjoyed reading pop science to a certain degree since I was a kid. I just recently got back to reading more and I’m halfway through The Best American Science and Nature Writing 2022 book by Ayana Elizabeth Johnson and Jaime Green. Now I’m curious about Mary Roach’s work. Which of her books should I start reading? And are there any other authors I should know about?
