I feel like a lot of the books I've read lately have been good but just lacked that level of devastation that I'm really looking for.
First: I want something with a character that just yearns for more in life I guess? Someone who is never satisfied because they're always thinking about the things they will never get to do, places they'll never see, people they'll never love. I liked The Midnight Library because of the way she was able to see so many ways her life could have been different. I would enjoy something similar but with maybe a little more depth/yearning/overthinking, etc.
Second: I kinda want a romance where love just isn't enough. Pure chemistry and love and compatibility in their relationship, but just life circumstances that keep them apart. I'll never be in the same room as you ever again but I'll never stop thinking about you either type thing.
Preferably on Kindle Unlimited 🙁 but anythings fine haha
